From the vineyard to the city.

The grapes: Xarel·lo and Moscatel, in a balance of our own.
The hands: Growers who inherited the craft and tend it every harvest.
In the vineyard: Only the best grapes, picked ripe. No irrigation once they begin to ripen.
At the press: Pressed gently, never forced.
The wine: The alcohol is removed under vacuum at low temperature, to keep its aromas. No flavourings, no added sugar.*
The city: Barcelona dines late and always finds something to celebrate. Claire Bubbles is from here.
Why: We wanted an alcohol-free sparkling wine we could pour at our own table without having to explain ourselves. We couldn't find one.
